The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations both on and off the airport site, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform shipping and receiving functions, including unloading trucks, pulling product, packing, delivery, and stocking.
  • Provide daily maintenance and recovery for different concepts within the platform.
  • Ensure compliance with airport rules and regulations for deliveries and merchandise movement.
  • Maintain inventory control processes and provide best-in-class customer service.
  • Properly utilize and respect company-issued tools and resources, adhering to security practices.
  • Maintain warehouse appearance and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions accurately.
  • Resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required.
  • Follow First In, First Out processes and maintain good time management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • ServSafe Food Handlers certification or equivalent, as required by brand and local, state, and federal jurisdictions.
  • Minimum 1 year of Food and Beverage or Retail warehouse and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends, in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English.
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Positive interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and climbing.
