Warehouse Associate

Main Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse and on and off trucks.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures related to forklift operation and general warehouse work, including maintaining safe operating speeds, ensuring clear visibility, and proper load management.
- Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment or pick-up, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected and packed according to customer specifications.
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring materials are stored efficiently and safely, potentially utilizing RF scanning equipment for inventory tracking and location management.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, contributing to overall safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking efforts, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in all warehouse operations like Direct To Customer order fulfilling, packing, and replenishing of inventories.
About You
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months) with experience operating forklifts in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, policies, and OSHA safety regulations for equipment use.
- Proficiency in inventory control systems, barcode scanning, and basic computer/inventory management software.
- High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in handling materials and inventory.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform extended standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Strong coordination, awareness, and ability to work safely in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, dust).
