About the role

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in West Palm Beach, FL (362 North Haverhill, Suite 100). This role is an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Schedule

Part-Time: Variable days, approximately 4-5 days per week, 28-35 hours total.

• Shift: 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM or End of Sort (completion of all required sort work and clean-up activities, as directed by site management).
• Hours may vary based on business needs.

Pay

$16 per hour.

Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (heat and cold) as warehouse conditions change by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
