About the Role
Start a career with a respected international company! We are hiring newly experienced and seasoned warehouse associates. Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within the Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and receipt of replenishment product.
Responsibilities
- Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
- Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology.
- Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages).
- Pick and stage product.
- Load truck(s).
- Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
- Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
- Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
- Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
- Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
- Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
- Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners preferred.
- Safety-first mentality.
- Prior distribution center experience preferred.
- Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.

Pay
Starting pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
