Position: Warehouse Associate

About the role

Netrush is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team in Hebron, KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to stand for long periods, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items for shipment by scanning and pulling inventory into pick order
• Follow internal SOPs for correct packing materials and shipping labels
• Pack orders to the customer’s requirement and/or from provided specifications
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Follow safety regulations

Requirements

• Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Able to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Available for overtime, as needed
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to consistently move in a full range of motion
• Able to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline driven environment
• Detail oriented
• Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate starts at $17.00, $17.25 or $17.50 depending on shift

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Weekend shift: Friday to Monday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Sunday to Thursday shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
