Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintains temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Routes on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials through defined handling procedures.
• Collaborates with team to coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Shift Details

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday

Pay Details

• $20.30/hr with shift differential when applicable

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)

Skills and Knowledge

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility
• Read and understand the English language
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable
• Attend and be punctual for shift hours listed above, plus overtime
• Perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently
• Use RF scanning equipment

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Walk up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Stand for long periods of time
