Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize inventory systems to locate and manage stock
• Clean, refurbish, and test products as required
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once every 5 weeks) supporting after-hours operational needs
• Respond to on-call requests as needed, typically within 1–2 hours of notification
• Support cross-training efforts across multiple warehouse functions
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Qualifications

• Detail oriented
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Familiarity with basic workshop tools
• Valid driver’s license required

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing and walking
• Repetitive hand motion
• Occasional lifting as required for warehouse operations

Compensation

The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $21.00 per hour. Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
