Warehouse Associate

About the role

This is a temporary, 12-month position based onsite at our Kent, WA facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments from mailroom or service centers.
• Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment.
• Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse.
• Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage.
• Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations.
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records.
• Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests.
• Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work.
• Meet baseline performance and accuracy standards while following safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory support is a plus (but not required).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Ability to learn and follow inventory processes and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, or basic inventory tools (training provided).

Work Environment

• Performed onsite at our Kent and Renton warehouse facilities.
• The warehouse environment includes concrete floors, moderate noise, and varying temperatures depending on the season.
• Employees may be exposed to dust, packaging, and shipping materials during daily tasks.
• All employees are expected to follow safety protocols and use PPE when required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Regularly lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of equipment and packages.
• Ability to safely operate carts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.

Pay

Estimated Pay Range: $21.00 USD. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
