About the role
The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in supporting the Engineering & Manufacturing department by managing inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations in New York. This is a dual role, involving organization in the warehouse and also utilizing company trucks for job site deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock checks.
- Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to fulfill material requests.
- Track and report any discrepancies or damaged items to management.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Pay
Salary range from $50,544 to $61,776 ($27/hour) plus overtime.
