About The Opportunity

ORBIS RPM is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing all materials in accordance with established standard operating procedures. This role ensures that all outgoing materials are in acceptable condition and meet customer specifications. Duties include general material handling and operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading incoming/outgoing trailers using a forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using a forklift.
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions.
• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect proper inventory counts.
• Ensure all efforts meet the quality requirements of the customer, reporting any issues immediately.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and inform Service Center Manager when outside maintenance is required.

Requirements

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience
