Essential Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
- Stage deliveries.
- Store all products in designated locations.
- Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
- Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
- Absorb appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork.
- Absorb exceptional customer service during customer pickups.
- Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
- Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
- May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
- Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning the parking lot and entrance to the building.
- Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
- Mop, sweep, and wash offices, bathrooms, warehouse floors, truck docks, and aisles to ensure cleanliness.
- Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal areas, and recycling materials.
- Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
- Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
- Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
- Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by the supervisor.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- One year of general warehouse experience is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure completion of work.
- General warehouse operations knowledge.
- Knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection.

Schedule
- Physical Demands: Lift or move +100 pounds, sitting frequently, standing frequently, walking frequently, talking frequently, hearing frequently, usage of hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally, sight is required to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
