Responsibilities
- Oversight of accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation.
- Maintaining adherence to warehouse processes in building loads while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensuring product is rotated on trucks and in the warehouse in accordance with expiration dates.
- Properly cleaning and repackaging product as per Red Bull North America's (RBNA) standards.
- Disposing of damaged and/or Out of Code product upon approval by the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse through daily trash disposal, floor sweeping, and periodic floor scrubbing.
- Building loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack according to order sheets.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
- Additional language skills advantageous.
- Proficiency with automation tools and electronic devices.
- Forklift certification preferred.
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must hold a clean driver’s license.
- Clear background check and drug test required.
Physical Requirements
- Repetitively lifting 25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily.
- Moving/pushing/pulling carts/dolly weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
- Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
- Standing and walking frequently.
- Performing physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- Working in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
