About the role

Manage receiving, stocking, and distributing materials within warehouse and branch settings to serve business customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, unload, and log incoming orders accurately.
  • Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and uphold safety standards.
  • Manage inventory through proper storage, stock rotation, and discrepancy reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a cooperative work environment.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently.

Physical & Working Conditions

Role involves lifting/moving up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and exposure to loud equipment and extreme weather. Flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons is required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred forklift certification and experience in high-volume distribution.
  • Proficiency with inventory software, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific tools.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Effective teamwork, time management, and adaptability skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
