Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate 3 plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Lambda's warehouse. This position requires a detailed understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
What You’ll Do
Apply warehouse knowledge to perform tasks such as cycle counting, receiving, put-away, picking/packing, and preparing shipments.
Manage material movement across designated areas while adhering to process standards.
Participate in physical inventories and reconcile activities with Inventory Control Specialists.
Ensure accurate transactions within the ERP system (NetSuite or equivalent).
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when necessary.
Adhere to all workplace safety policies, report safety hazards, and follow company regulations.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
Support documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements for high-value inventory.
Ensure the business unit is always audit-ready.
Aid in training new personnel or cross-training existing personnel on all required warehouse processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, and materials handling.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software (NetSuite a plus).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
