Warehouse Associate

Join Our Automated Distribution Center Team!

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Center Worker to support daily operations within a fast-paced, automated warehouse environment. In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse functions including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using automated and conventional warehouse systems
• Receive incoming product from suppliers and inspect goods for quantity and part number accuracy
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to complete receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided as required)
• Verify outbound orders for accuracy and prepare shipments according to instructions
• Follow workstation instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily distribution goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
• Able to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 70 lbs. as needed
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Perform repetitive picking and packing tasks
• Ability to operate industrial equipment after training
• Ability to work at heights when required
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional weekends as needed (voluntary)
