Warehouse Associate

About the role

KBS is seeking Warehouse Associates (Corrugate Recycler) for immediate full-time, permanent positions. These roles involve picking up and removing Corrugate Gondolas, transporting them to balers or compactors, and maintaining clean areas.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a manual pallet jack to pick up and replace full gondolas
• Transport and place full corrugate gondolas into balers or compactors
• Ensure areas around gondolas are free of debris and trash
• Dust, mop, and sweep around trash receptacle areas
• Maintain and sort in Auger/Baler/Compactor areas
• Perform other janitorial duties as needed

Requirements

• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to bend, stretch, and reach both below the waist and above the head
• Able to walk and stand for up to 10-12 hours
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
• Knowledge of basic janitorial tasks
