Homans Associates is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., one of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution companies in the world. We distribute Mitsubishi and Bryant HVAC equipment, along with a comprehensive range of parts, supplies, and accessories.

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and contribute to our wholesale operations. Your responsibilities will include handling all day-to-day inventory operations, from receiving to final shipment, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization
• Use modern warehouse technologies to enhance efficiency
• Support the development of expertise in warehouse operations
• Contribute to a culture of reliability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Pass a background check and drug screening
