Homans Associates is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world. We distribute Mitsubishi and Bryant HVAC equipment, along with a wide range of parts, supplies, and accessories.

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation

About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become integral to our wholesale operations. You will handle day-to-day inventory operations, from receiving through final shipment, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle inventory operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization
- Operate and maintain warehouse technology systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for delivery)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
