Warehouse Associate
About the role
Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and inspecting graduation apparel orders. This position is located in Arcola.
Responsibilities
- Learn to meet production and quality standards for this operation
- Learn how to train and direct new personnel
- Learn about all product lines and processes in the warehouse
- Select material by quality standards, colors, styles and shades
- Recognize colors and different cloth styles
Requirements
- Self-motivated
- Adequate computer skills
- Reading, writing and math skills commensurate with job duties
- Ability to read and comprehend written English
- Ability to recognize colors and different cloth styles
- Ability to work all mandatory overtime
Physical Requirements
- Daily activity includes but is not limited to: lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting
- Reading, communication, simple math
- Must be able to carry, push, pull, and lift up to 30lbs
- Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions
- Must be able to stand for 8-12 hour shifts
Pay
$18 per hour
