Warehouse Associate

About the role

Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and inspecting graduation apparel orders.

Responsibilities

• Learn to meet production and quality standards for this operation.
• Learn how to train and direct new personnel.
• Learn about all product lines and processes in the warehouse.
• Able to select material by quality standards, colors, styles and shades.
• Able to recognize colors and different cloth styles.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have adequate computer skills.
• Reading, writing and math skills commensurate with job duties.
• Able to read and comprehend written English.
• Able to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
• Able to work all mandatory overtime.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Reading, communication, simple math.
• Carry, push, pull, and lift up to 30lbs.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate.
• Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.
• Able to stand for 8-12 hour shifts.
