Key Responsibilities
- Receive raw materials and deliver them to production
- Package and ship finished hoses, marked with the Gates logo, to customers worldwide
- Handle inbound shipments, process outbound orders, complete paperwork, fill orders, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory
- Work collaboratively to support safety, productivity, and the delivery of high-quality products
- Consistently demonstrate safe work habits and adhere to all safety requirements
- Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure compliance with established standards
- Plan, evaluate, set up, and operate necessary equipment while verifying compliance
- Utilize scanners and internal production systems efficiently
About You
- Basic proficiency in reading, math, computer usage, and measurement skills required
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and over 50 lbs
- Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions throughout all processes
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is essential for this role
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Willingness to support team members, step in as needed, and share knowledge for cross-training purposes
Shifts Available
- Full-Time: 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday-Friday
- Full-Time: 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday-Friday
- Full-Time: 11:00pm to 7:00am Sunday-Thursday
