About the role
Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This position operates Monday through Friday from 12pm - 8:30pm, with the possibility of overtime.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
- Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
- Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
- Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment is preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay
The starting wage for this role is $17.41 - $26.11 per hour, with the potential for bonuses or incentives. The exact starting wage may vary based on location and local or state wage requirements.
