At Express Flooring, every Warehouse Associate plays a key role in our success. You’ll ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and on time to support our installation teams and company growth. On-the-job training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using RF-equipment/technology.
- Operate PC and RF-based computer systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate input of data into company ERP/WMS as needed.
- Pick, pack, and ship fulfillments in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload cargo from inbound/outbound trucks using forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
- Accurately measure, cut, and package roll products.
- Receive, store, and ship goods and materials based on assigned tasks.
- Tag all inbound merchandise with receiving data and put away in designated locations.
- Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas and loading docks.
- Load and deliver flooring materials to customers/contractors outside of warehouse locations.
- Safely operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
- Verify inventory levels in the system against physical stock counts.
- Maintain strict adherence to cleanliness and OSHA safety standards in the warehouse.
- Stack and pile boards, lumber, and pallets as needed.
- Perform maintenance and upkeep each shift to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Provide suggestions for improvement and innovative solutions to warehouse operations.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees and vendors.
- Ability to lift heavy weights (60+ lbs.) on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of database and Microsoft Office Software programs used by the company.
- RF Scanner experience is a plus.
- Pass and maintain forklift certification (1+ year of forklift experience preferred).
- Must speak English.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Safety boots are required on day one; company provides a $200 stipend after hiring.

Pay
$19–$21 hourly.
