Warehouse Associate
About the role
The Warehouse Associate will provide hands-on support as needed to assist the Warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pull, pack, and ship finished goods through FedEx and other domestic and international carriers, ensuring timely deliveries and a high standard of quality for every shipment.
- Prepare palletized shipments for a variety of destinations while maintaining organization, efficiency, and compliance with shipping requirements.
- Receive and distribute inbound packages to the appropriate departments, supporting smooth cross-functional operations and clear communication.
- Perform repackaging of finished medical devices, including printing and applying barcode product labels with close attention to detail and regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods, helping maintain inventory accuracy and supporting informed operational decisions.
- Pull, kit, and issue raw materials within the ERP system, ensuring materials are available to support production schedules and customer needs.
- Handle and ship temperature-sensitive (cold chain) products according to established procedures, safeguarding product integrity throughout the shipping process.
- Maintain a proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach while adapting to changing priorities and contributing to continuous process improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support operational goals and the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
- Experience: 2+ years in similar role (medical device company experience preferred).
- Computer skills: Working knowledge of computers including knowledge of an ERP System; QAD experience preferred.
- Previous medical device industry highly preferred; other relevant experience will be considered.
- Ability to operate a walk-behind forklift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: ability to write routine reports and correspondence and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, receiving direction from multiple layers of supervision.
- Ability to work independently, making key decisions to support the department.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

The Compensation Package
Includes Hourly pay of $21-25/hr DOE
