Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Clerk manages daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and supporting production needs. This role ensures all warehouse activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, put away, and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick jobs and deliver necessary materials to production for assembly (kitting & production support).
• Train as a backup for shipping operations and assist as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Assist with preparing parts for the production floor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems a plus.
• Willingness to train as a backup in shipping and support cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to push or pull up to 150 lbs.
• Body mobility to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, grasp, and reach.
• Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, hazardous chemicals, loud noises, and temperature changes in an industrial environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay

$20 - $22 / hour
