Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory into the inventory management system (IMS) accurately
• Put inventory away into designated stock locations as needed
• Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts and audits
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse to support various departments
• Auxiliary in inventory-related projects and operational initiatives
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned by management

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Basic computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Strong communication skills
• Spanish language ability is a plus

Physical Demands

• Occasional reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking and some standing throughout the shift
• Repetitive hand motion and use of hand tools
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting up to 25 pounds, continuous lifting up to 10 pounds

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raleigh, NC. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime may be available with approval.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures based on seasonal conditions
• Working around powered industrial equipment, compressed air systems, and repair/test equipment
• Noise levels are moderate and proper PPE is required when applicable
