Warehouse Associate

About the role

This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of warehouse experience and forklift/tow motor operation skills. Must be able to read and write English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load out all scheduled work for the day
• Utilize scanners to scan all incoming and outgoing material
• Process any material returned from canceled or rescheduled jobs immediately after loadout
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly
• Restock material
• Pull and stage all material for the next day’s jobs
• Maintain your designated area
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of warehouse experience
• Previous experience driving a forklift
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
• Basic knowledge of tools such as knives, tape measures, staple guns, shears, and glue guns
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods, reach, move between areas, handle documents, and perform tasks requiring stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to commute or relocate before starting work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to precision, accuracy, and safe work practices while meeting strict deadlines
