Warehouse Associate

About the role

DEX Imaging, located in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their Birmingham warehouse team. This role involves delivering solutions that keep businesses running through precise and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts
• Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision
• Coinciding with the Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are completed and delivery-ready
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting
• Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies
• Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring all delivery documentation is properly completed and uploaded
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Serving as a team lead by taking ownership, supporting warehouse flow, and holding yourself and others accountable

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse Experience
• ERP Experience (Data Entry)
• Worked in Multi department environment previously (knowledge and ability to communicate across Multiple Departments)
• Must be able to read, write and interpret English
