Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate Level One, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities (essential Functions)
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders.
- Unload and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer requirements.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of packaging materials.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Absorb and assist in maintaining security and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status, issues, and potential improvements.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job performance and productivity.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Forklift certification.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced environment with frequent lifting and moving of materials.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
Compensation And Benefits
- The compensation for this position typically falls between $18.00 and $27.00 per hour.
- This position is eligible for overtime.
- This position may be eligible for shift differential.
- Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
