Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to the established process for daily shipping and receiving of all incoming and outbound freight.
- Verify product received matches packing slip and/or purchase order and receive in system.
- Verify non-inventoried components, communicate/document discrepancies and part swaps.
- Load or unload materials manually or with a forklift, on or off pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
- Verify, update, and create bin locations for all inventoried parts.
- Verify inventory is labeled and system is updated with any changes.
- Replenish shelves with incoming stock orders and perform daily spot checks on inventory.
- Pick parts kits prior to production start.
- Process returned parts after job is complete to ensure correct parts are applied to the work order and returned to inventory properly.
- Efficiently assist technicians in getting the correct parts for their job during production and apply these parts to the correct work order.
- Inform Supervisor of any discrepancies in inventory quantities as they arise.
- Perform parts runs between locations, in company vehicle to pick up and/or deliver parts as needed.
- Pull and package items to return to vendor.
- Will perform forklift maintenance checklist on forklift every day before each work shift.
- Absorb and distribute inventory count results.
- Absorb and distribute year-end physical inventory results.
- Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and clean.
- Performs clerical duties including data entry and filing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous parts or warehouse experience
- Experience with an inventory management system
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and strict attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of work.

- Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Ability to operate both sit down and standup forklifts and obtain Forklift Certification
- Maintain math proficiency
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Setting priorities and adapting to changing work priorities
- Must be self-sufficient and driven in order to meet deadlines and schedules.
- Knowledge of heavy and light duty trucks and equipment preferred.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a strong attendance record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and audiogram.
- Proficient on a computer and possess the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Must be able to work independently and create innovative solutions to problems with minimal direction from supervisors.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
