Responsibilities
- Process, move, and store materials to support production and inventory workflows.
- Use the D365 ERP system and handheld mobile devices for inventory transactions, including movement and transfer journals.
- Perform material handling tasks manually or with equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or carts.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to designated locations.
- Receive incoming goods, verify accuracy of shipments, and complete system transactions.
- Participate in routine cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety rules, Standard Operation Procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Actively contribute improvement ideas to enhance warehouse processes and performance.
Qualifications
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory transactions and location updates in D365 ERP. Lead cycle count activities and resolve discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, tow motor, and picking machines safely and efficiently. Handle oversized or complex material movements.
- Receiving & Distribution: Verify incoming goods and ensure proper documentation. Receive materials returned from customers and representatives. Return materials to vendor, verifying materials and printing shipping labels.
- Order Fulfillment: Prioritize and manage multiple work orders for timely delivery. Accurately pick and move work orders and inventory items to production area. Assist in resolving shortages and updating ERP records.
- Leadership & Training: Mentor and assist new associates in warehouse processes. Support team in implementing best practices and continuous improvement projects.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
