Principal Accountabilities
- This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate distribution of equipment and products
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, employees, leads, superintendents, and managers
- Issuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departments
- Receiving and verifying incoming products and equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse items
- Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
- Delivering equipment and supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- At least 6–12 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
- Able to perform physically demanding work (standing, walking, bending for extended periods)
- Able to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty environments)
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
