Warehouse Associate

About The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities across the United States. Your primary focus will be on receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and in a timely manner to support our supply chain operations.

• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Organize stock
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements
• Conduct regular inventory counts
• Affix to all safety protocols and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and maintain orderliness
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update warehouse management systems accordingly
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy
• Affix to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes
