About The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities across the United States. Your primary focus will be on receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and in a timely manner to support our supply chain operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Organize stock
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements
- Conduct regular inventory counts
- Affix to all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and maintain orderliness
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update warehouse management systems accordingly
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy
- Affix to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
