Warehouse Associate

About the role

AutoZone is hiring Warehouse Associates to support order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service in our state-of-the-art distribution centers. Comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday and an additional day during the week, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Pay

$19.35 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a team player to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to streamline processes.
• Maintain adaptability and thrive in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by fulfilling orders with speed and accuracy.
• Receive and inspect orders, verifying shipments for quality and compliance.
• Pull and pack inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Stock and replenish products to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Coordinate outbound shipping to support retail distribution and logistics.
• Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards by following safety-sensitive protocols.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Availability for various shift schedules.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Skills

• Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and stackers.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Prior warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.
