Warehouse Associate

What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as a Material Handler and play a critical role in supporting our golf club manufacturing operation. In this hands-on warehouse position, you will ensure materials are accurately received, stored, picked, staged, and delivered to support production activities. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving inbound shipments, verifying and processing shipping documentation
• Maintaining organized warehouse storage locations
• Fulfilling material requests
• Performing inventory transactions using scanning equipment
• Conducting cycle counts
• Aiding in inventory accuracy initiatives
• Supporting general material handling activities throughout the facility
• Operating a variety of warehouse equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks, order scanners, material handling carts, dock equipment, and pallet wrapping equipment
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

What You Bring

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum six (6) months of warehouse, material handling, inventory control, or related experience required; one (1) year preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory management systems.
• Ability to accurately receive, store, pick, and distribute materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 100% of the work shift.
• Ability to perform frequent lifting, grasping, pushing, and pulling activities.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as business needs require.
• Must wear steel-toe safety shoes and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Inventory control experience or certification is a plus.
• Forklift experience and certification are a plus.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Pay Range

$21.53-$23.45
