About the Role
The full-time Warehouse Associate will act as a material handler and forklift operator, responsible for building loads for deliveries while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Build loads for delivery and unload freight, including lumber and building supplies
- Operate forklifts (training and certification provided)
- Communicate delays or discrepancies with management
- Maintain the store’s special order program and other sales programs as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information one-on-one
- Periodically lift up to 80 pounds
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
