Responsibilities

• Pull, sort, and stage materials, products, or supplies as directed by warehouse supervisors.
• Break down and flatten cardboard boxes for recycling or disposal in a timely and organized manner.
• Remove and break down plastic wrapping, shrink wrap, and packaging materials from pallets and products.
• Transport broken-down materials to designated recycling bins, compactors, or dumpster areas using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
• Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and loading docks clear of debris and clutter at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Absorb general warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving, stocking, and inventory support.
• Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
• Sweeps and wet and dry mops floors.
• Waxes floors and operates buffing machines.
• Vacuums and cleans carpeting.
• Cleans restrooms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to work on your feet.
• This position may be working nights, early morning, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive motion involved on a daily basis may include, but not limited to, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.
• Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching into areas not fully air conditioned.
• Can work independently and in stressful environments.
• Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance is required.
• Able to drive between customer locations and perform optional local area travel using personal vehicle.
• May have responsibility to enter customer facilities that require background screening.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.
