Your Impact
- Operate production machines used to process outgoing mail
- Pick, pack, and prepare client materials for fulfillment
- Sort mail through tray breakdown processes
- Verify mail is printed on the correct client-specified letterhead and materials
- Maintain print quality and ensure finished products meet quality standards
- Assist with warehouse inventory, storage, and shipment of finished products
- Move products throughout the warehouse according to daily production and shipping plans
- Repack or restack pallets of finished products as needed
- Complete assigned production forms and reports accurately
- Perform routine equipment checks to ensure machines are operating properly
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding questions, concerns, and production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support departmental production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work times
- Navigate between departments (100–600 ft) approximately 95% of the time
- Remain on the production floor until scheduled break times
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Your Profile
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Two years of warehouse experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of warehouse procedures or the ability to quickly learn company products and processes
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to maintain consistent on-site attendance and work scheduled hours
