Warehouse Associate - 8AM-5PM - Grapevine, TX
About the role
Allied Wire & Cable, a GCG Company, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Grapevine, TX. The role involves picking and pulling orders, inventory control, operating spooling machines, and assisting with other general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pull orders using forklifts, cherry pickers, and RF scanners
- Operate hand-held scan guns and computers to log inventory
- Daily set-up and operation of wire cutting & spooling machines, ensuring smooth operation
- Organize, relocate, and perform quality control on inventory
- Absorb and assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Warehouse experience required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
