Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift

About the role

Ferguson Integrated Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our customer site located in Seymour, IN. This role is part of a company recognized by Forbes as one of America’s best employers, committed to community involvement and associate growth.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Monitor, order, stock, and transport supplies and/or equipment for the organization
• Ensure timely delivery of stock/inventory as needed
• Maintain storeroom inventory levels and timely removal of expired products
• Investigate and troubleshoot inventory issues/problems
• Maintain accurate tracking records for inventory
• Minimize stock expiration by adhering to stock rotation guidelines
• Engage customers regularly to ensure outstanding service, requiring professional interaction with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing and inventory operations preferred
• Previous industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Commitment to company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
• Ability to lift objects weighing more than 25 pounds regularly

Pay

Hourly pay range: $16.53 – $24.81. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
