Warehouse Associate - 3pm - Warming Room

About the role

Golden State Foods has earned its first-ever designation as a U.S. Best Managed Company. The shift for this role starts at 3:00 p.m. This position works a 4/10 schedule and requires overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Use Vocollect headsets to accurately select orders based on voice instructions
• Ensure products are in excellent condition and properly packaged
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily goals
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Work in a temperature-controlled warming room environment

Requirements

• One year of general warehouse experience preferred
• Order-selection experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience or training using material-handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
• Availability to work the scheduled shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
