Schedule
- 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM, Thursday–Monday
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, stocking, selection, pallet consolidation, unloading and loading as assigned, including finished product coming from production
- Perform selection utilizing pick tickets, building pallets of product, wrapping them from top to bottom and staging them in the proper shipping lanes
- Operate any equipment trained and certified to use in a safe and efficient manner (box cutters, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other heavy machinery)
- Work with storage bays, racking systems, following inventory control, and FIFO procedures
- Perform accurate data entries in NetSuite WMS System
- Maintain warehouse in good condition
- Comply with all applicable health and safety codes
- Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions related to safety, equipment operation, and daily work assignments
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years in warehouse environment required
- 2+ years forklift operating experience required
- Minimum of a High School diploma

- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude in dealing with staff, coworkers, supervision, and buyers/customers
- Proficient with Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing direction and priority in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

- Familiar with moving goods packed on pallets or in bins among facilities

- Fast-paced environment with multiple facilities, material handling equipment, GMPs, and freezer/cold environment down to -10°F
Physical Demands
- Comfortable working in refrigerated freezer/cold environment down to -10°F
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and lift 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs with continuous motion
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including lifting, grasping, and handling materials or equipment
- Sufficient hand-eye coordination and dexterity to operate warehouse tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
- Capable of safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery
- Ability to tolerate constant movement, exposure to varying temperatures, loud environments, and occasional vibration
