Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift
About the role
The Warehouse Operations Stager I Associate plays a key role in supporting daily materials management activities to ensure efficient production flow and accurate inventory control. This position is responsible for handling, staging, and documenting materials in accordance with established procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory standards—particularly those related to medical device manufacturing. The Stager I Associate works closely with manufacturing teams, staging personnel, and warehouse staff to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring materials are consistently available to meet production demands.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Ensures Chest Drains and accessories are boxed, labeled and correctly grouped on pallets.
- Completes medical device history records and ensures proper retention and storage of case labels.
- Affords assistance with basic material handling such as moving product with a manual/electric pallet jack.
- Keeps staging floors and immediate work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Maintains cleanliness of assigned warehouse shelf areas.
- Notifies leads or Stager II team member when entranceways or aisles need to be cleared.
- Supports simple documentation tasks such as attaching labels or verifying counts.
- Performs routine tasks assigned to support staging and warehouse flow.
Minimum Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written (English).
- Basic computer skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A strong commitment to workplace safety with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in operating pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment.
- Experience using scanning devices and/or computerized inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs as part of daily job duties.

Pay
The pay for this position is $20.50 per hour plus $1 shift differential.
