Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift
Location: Denver, CO
About the Role
You’d be working at a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse, helping prepare and ship medication orders to pharmacies and healthcare providers. This role works specifically in the refrigerated area, keeping cold storage orders ready to go.
Schedule
Sunday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Prepare totes with ice for refrigerated orders
- Receive, store, and organize warehouse inventory accurately
- Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documents and report any issues
- Pick customer orders and place items into totes for shipment
- Process returns and complete required data entry
- Perform daily cycle counts and help research inventory discrepancies
- Support order fulfillment, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all safety guidelines and DEA regulations
- Use warehouse management systems to complete daily tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work overtime when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as PkMS or similar platforms
Skills
- Warehouse management systems (WMS/PkMS)
- Order picking and inventory accuracy
- Cold storage and refrigerated handling procedures
Pay
$20.50/hr base, rising to $22.50/hr with the night shift differential.
