Shift: Sunday - Thursday 4 PM to Midnight Sunday - Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $18.00/hour+$1.00/hour after 4 PM & on Sundays$250 Sign-On Bonus (30 days) +$0.25/hour every quarter (up to +$1.00/hour in Year 1) Up to $600 Quarterly Performance Bonus$20 Weekly Market Stipend The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations. Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, LightSpeed system). Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Load and unload trucks for routes and markets. Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas. Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed. Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders. Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems). Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages). Ability to operate or willingness to learn electric pallet jack; forklift certification encouraged. Consistently accurate and efficient order processing. Strong attention to detail and organization. Effective communication with team members and supervisors. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
