About the Role

Since 2013, we've been creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. As a Warehouse Associate, you will unload containers of boxed furniture, organize the warehouse, and stage outgoing orders for home delivery partners.

Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing pre-boxed furniture
  • Unloading inbound containers/trucks
  • Moving stock around the warehouse
  • Processing returned items, cleaning or otherwise preparing them to be returned to stock
  • Promoting a safe and clean environment across the facility
  • Completing duties as required

Requirements

  • 6+ months of warehouse experience
  • Able to routinely lift 50 lbs. of merchandise by yourself
  • Can speak and read English
  • Able to stand for most of your shift
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Tech Comfort

You can use handheld scanners, computers, and other tools.

Screening Requirements

  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test (THC not tested)
  • Completion of a criminal background check (conducted after a conditional employment offer, in compliance with the Fair Chance Act)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 2nd shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (40 hours a week)
