Warehouse Associate, 1st Shift Picking

About the Role

This role has a significant impact on Under Armour's operations. Warehouse Teammates participate in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House, performing an array of functions including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. This cross-functional role involves manual tasks associated with order processing and may require working in any department within the facility to support operational requirements and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and work stations neat; sweep, dust, and mop
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Assist with efficient space planning for storage areas
• Utilize hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
• Pick, pull, and package orders
• Process and ship orders
• Consistently attend work and arrive on time
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience
• 6 months of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience, particularly in a distribution center role (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable learning and using electronic devices, including RF scanners

Workplace Location

This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mt. Juliet, TN facility.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay

Base compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
