Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
• Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments.
• Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Life Module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
• Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, and Electric Manual Pallet Jack.
• Able to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist Order Kitting and Receiving as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic Requirements: Reading and writing skills to maintain records. Ability to follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail. Good organization and communication skills. Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred Skills: Previous warehouse related work experience. Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience using Oracle. Prior Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience. Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, and Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
