Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately, weighing and repacking orders as needed.
• Manage merchandise order variation.
• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to process and follow order sequence, adjusting to sequence changes.
• Cook up corporate quality assurance requirements for incoming and outgoing shipments, including the inspection and release of prescription-level products.

Work Environment

• Indoor warehouse with a temperature-controlled climate.
• Floors may be concrete, laminate, or carpet.
• Exposure to safety protocols and random drug testing.

Work Hours

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
• Work hours and shifts may vary based on operating business conditions and needs.
• Overtime, holidays, or weekends may be required.

Physical and Mental Demands

• Active role.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Using upper extremities to reach, handle, and position products, tools, equipment, pushing carts, and operating a pallet jack.
• Always wearing a safety vest.

• Experience working with warehouse fulfillment with order variations.
• Strong attention to detail, work accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Strong willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with others.
