Responsibilities
- Pick cases to pallet or conveyor and/or from warehouse shelves by hand or with a forklift
- Unload trucks and move product throughout the warehouse using a forklift or electric pallet jack
- Load trucks with picked product in efficient manner to be sent out for delivery
- Take and understand verbal direction from management while performing tasks
- Work in a safe and efficient manner adhering to OSHA compliant standards and Federal/State regulations
- Comply with M.S Walker, Inc. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years old with the ability to follow all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Experience safely operating warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Pallet Jacks) preferred; will train for the right candidates!
- Ability to recognize and distinguish product both visually and in writing
Physical Requirements
- Long periods of walking, standing, bending, and heavy lifting
- Ability to lift single cases weighing up to 45 lbs. repeatedly and for long durations of time

Pay Range
The starting pay for this position is $18 per hour with annual raises for union employees based on the union contract.
